A proposito del progetto
Motto: European Year of Cultural Heritage 2018
“ Our rich and varied cultural heritage has a profound power to help build our nation” Nelson Mandela
Our main goal is to know the European cultural heritage throughout their monuments, landscapes, traditions and languages.
We want to raise awareness towards values, strengthen the sense of European identity and encourage our kids to explore European’s rich and diverse cultural identity in order to become active citizens.
We will use English as the communicative language and will learn different 2.0 web tools in order to post all the activities on twinspace platform.

To work on ICT to make our kids more competent in the use of 2.0 tools
To improve their level of English as it will be the communicative language of the project.
To involve and give a hand to teachers and kids who have their first experience in eTwinning

PROCEDURA DI LAVORO
September- October: Knowing each other ( schools - pupils - maps ) videoconference to meet each other, sing and talk , Video-presentation with photos and/or video from the videoconference (Biteable)
November: emagazine of monuments and sites of each country in different languages. (Kahoot quiz game )
December: European Multilingual dictionary: most common language to visit the country) ( Padlet)
January. Monumental shopping Contest ( Postermywall - Canva…) Our neighbourhoods will take part in the contest too.

RISULTATI ATTESI
The project itself will be useful for all the participant schools to include inside their curricula.
It will also give an added value to our schools as the project will become a challenge to reinforce the education outdoors and raise the concept of Wide European Education.
Our kids will improve their communicative skills in English and also their ICT tools knowledge.
Creativity, motivation, social and critical thinking will be some of the key competences in which our kids will be involved.
